As I threatened, I am going to write a few things based on my thoughts after reading Outrage, the Vincent Bugliosi dissection of the O.J. Simpson trial. Continue Reading
Sometimes, when I read something, I get so angry that I want to not only destroy the person who said it, I want to destroy any person who even entertains the thought that it is acceptable. How is voting Campbell “55 million for disability funding is not preferable to 110 million for horse-racing” Newman in working out for you, by the way, Queensland?
But no, sometimes not only does a person say something so utterly ridiculous that it makes me even more certain that at least two thirds of the Earth’s Human populace needs to die quickly. Sometimes they say something so abominably stupid that you make a special exception for them, and say that rather than reducing all populations equally, that person and the population that they represent should be terminated. With extreme prejudice.

In a statement that both surprises me and fails to surprise me at all, I have to confess to finding a certain amount of enjoyment in the music of one G.G. Allin. G.G. had a simple mission statement during his musical career. That is, he wanted to reclaim “rock and roll” from the corporate interests that had essentially taken it over. So yes, I managed to fill out about 2600 or more words about my dealings in a computer game that I do not think a whole lot of for various reasons. And now I am going to fill out some more. Do not worry, I am not going to go as much into why I dislike the game or why I bother to play it this time. I am simply going to offer a few reflections concerning what has changed since I last wrote. Continue Reading
So I did what I have been speculating to myself about for some time, and started a new guild of my own on World Of Warcraft. The act of starting the guild, in itself, was quite a learning experience. Whilst it has changed over time, the present system with founding new guilds involves getting a charter, getting five signatures from unique players, and then turning it in to an NPC who basically hands you the keys to your new guild. So whilst I have my own guild that I am very slowly building up to what I want, I am also very slowly and staggeringly learning the ins and outs of running the damned thing. Continue Reading
