People who read this journal might be inclined to believe that I spend the entirety of my waking life huddled up behind a computer in anxiety. And you know what? 75% of the time, they are right.

One more post about my hospital visit.

You already know I have a profound difficulty with letting things go. So it should not come as any kind of surprise that I feel like writing yet another confused pile of words about my visit to an acute care ward at a hospital that makes a joke of all of Australia’s collective governments’ claims of wanting to take mental healthcare seriously.

iPhone 5, from a non-techie perspective.

Before we begin, I should clear something up. Like a lot of autistic lads around my age, I had an interest in some things until I dug deep enough or saw them change enough to recoil in horror. Information techology, or rather the way it is implemented today, is one of those things. I could go on for a while about how it came to be this way, but it is not really all that relevant here. The reason I mention it is because I want you to understand where I am coming from when I talk about the new iPhone and certain details thereof.

As I indicated earlier, I love to do many things that can loosely be termed creative. As I will talk about later, it is instinctive. Even loosely designing game rules or profiles for characters within a game is something that clears my head for a time and makes me able to live in my own skin. As you can imagine from some of the hints that I have given already, living in my own skin is a tough ask at times. So without going into the others, I will tell you a little about what I have learned about one of the interests that takes a substantial portion of my focus now: photography.
